Embroidery and Custom Order Errors
Please double-check your shopping cart and make sure all color choices are marked correctly and that any embroidery is entered as you want it. We will embroider EXACTLY as you type it...all-caps, all lower-case, spelling, etc so make sure it is what you want. If you make a mistake and we think we can fix it for you, we will charge you for the repair and all shipping costs. If you find that you made a mistake when you receive your order please contact us for a repair estimate, so that we can make it right.
If the mistake is ours please let us know when you receive the item so that we can arrange to repair or replace it free of charge or give you a full refund. We want you to be happy with your order!
Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for personalized or custom-made items unless we make a mistake on your order, so if you have questions or need help in making your choices please contact us. Any item that is not personalized or custom-made may be returned for any reason within 14 days from the date you receive your order for a full refund. YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE SHIPPING THE ITEM BACK or we will NOT honor a refund and will send the item back to you instead. The item must be in the same condition as it was received and must be unwashed, unworn and must not smell of cigarette smoke or perfume. We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items but we can not refund your return shipping costs unless the item was defective.
Shipping Time
Shipping for personalized and custom-made orders may take up to 2 weeks to ship depending on when we received the final order with all of the fabric and embroidery choices decided. If none of your items are being personalized or custom made, your items will ship in 24-48 hours. All of the items in your order will be shipped at the same time if possible to help keep shipping costs down. If you need to have a non-personalized item ship before the personalized or custom items are ready to ship you must order them seperately. Some of the items we sell are shipped directly from the manufacturer and will arrive in seperate boxes. We ship using USPS Priority Mail for most orders and packages should arrive in 2-3 days from the day they are shipped if shipped in the United States. For larger orders we may choose UPS who has a better tracking system so you can see where your order is at all times. If you need your order "yesterday" and choose Express Shipping, please understand that your order may not arrive the next day depending on the time of day and day of the week when you place your order. If you need something by a certain deadline please contact us before you place your order so we can go over your options and make sure it will make it in time.
NOTE: Orders shipped to Canada are done so through UPS only. You will be responsible for any custom fees and/or duties and we can not be held responsible if your order gets held up in customs for any reason. By placing an order to be shipped to Canada you are agreeing to our policies.
